Personal training is a 1:1 coaching service designed to help you reach your health, fitness, or rehabilitation goals through tailored exercise, expert guidance, and ongoing support. 


Personal training is for anyone — whether you’re new to exercise, getting back after injury, managing a health condition, or working towards a specific performance goal.

I work with people of all ages and abilities, and will meet you exactly where you’re at.

Not at all! Personal training is designed to help you improve your fitness — you don’t need to be “in shape” to begin. I’ll guide you through everything at your own pace. 


Yes — with my physiotherapy background, I specialise in rehabilitation-focused training, helping you safely return to exercise after injury, surgery, or periods of inactivity.
