What happens when you book your appointment?

1. You'll have a 15 minute pre-appointment virtual assessment

The assessment begins with a short, focused evaluation to provide a clear provisional diagnosis.

If scans, blood tests, or specialist input are indicated, these needs are identified early and a referral to the appropriate medical professional is made promptly so you’re always in safe hands.

If you have an existing diagnosis, an initial appointment is scheduled without delay to start the recovery process as soon as possible.

2. You'll attend your initial face-to-face appointment

A thorough movement assessment is conducted to identify the underlying issues and provide a clear explanation of the findings.

Hands-on treatment and rehabilitation exercises are provided during the appointment, along with a personalised plan designed to support ongoing progress and recovery.

3. You'll continue improving with follow up sessions

As you improve, we’ll track your progress and adjust your treatment to match your changing needs.

Together, we’ll set new goals that challenge and inspire you — whether it’s getting stronger, or returning to your favourite activities.
